It is the little things when it comes to special teams and we couldn't do any of them well. I am excited to see the improvement instead of cringing.

Lattimore walked off the field unassisted, I doubt it's too serious...

NVM ... for some reason I can't embed the video however it appeared to be a one on one drill vs Thomas.

Hopefully it's no biggie.

Absolutely struck gold in the second round with Michael Thomas...

The thing about Ellerbe is that he doesn't make mental mistakes. Anthony littered the field with blown coverages.......All it takes is one blown assignment per game and we are in trouble again.:brood:

I am praying that Anzalone is the real deal and takes his spot during TC.

He doesn't have to be a probowler for us to be really good. I like hearing this. I don't what he will become but I really like the pick in going after a top tier olineman in round 1. They're not the sexy picks, but they're good picks. If unger is ready to go week 1 this line could be best we have had in years and that would be without armistead. I am drinking the cool aid again. They have sucked me back in.

Bushrod was never a solid player.jmho Ram is a first rounder who should play liked the best in his class year in and year out.

Bushrod was very serviceable for us. I don't think the comment was meant to hope for mediocrity out of Ram. I think the point was that as a Rook if we can get at least that it will be good enough. Clearly the sky would be the limit after that. Have heard good things thus far so let's hope it continues and we have a superstar.

How is Franklin doing so far? Really like this signing.

Re: 2017 New Orleans Saints Training Camp

I really like how guys like Zimmer, Loewen are getting props in the Defensive Line Group; not surprised this group has become a strength...

Really thought we'd see a bump in Coleman's game with CJ back with WRs, but I don't think anyone saw this coming...

Ramczyk playing at an elite level, do you replace him with Armstead when finally healthy?

I'll bet Anthony gets BETTER with experience and proper coaching. We already know those tools couldn't keep Ellerbe on the field.

Breaux- I'm not a player I just get hurt a lot
Swann- I sniff a concussion somewhere
PJ- I play in 4.6% of the scheduled games
Lattimore- Moons over my hammy

LOL, let's hope they're healthy for the season

Re: 2017 New Orleans Saints Training Camp

This was why I cautioned that whole non-sense in the off-season from people on this board about how "well we'll have this player and this player and this player". Those are guys that have never stayed healthy but all of a sudden it was a given they would be. Let's back up and do a wait and see please. Stop making false assumptions. Our defense has to have the softest players in the league...why do we not have the same amount of injuries out of our Offensive players.

Or perhaps the Saints learned a valuable lesson from 2016 & the doctors and/or training staff are doing everything humanly possible to avoid a repeat in 2017. Don't be surprised to see some guys being "shut down" for a few days on small bumps/bruises. No sense in wearing guys out this early in camp.

Crawley just got an INT going against Meachum, but I don't know who was throwing, looked like a bad pass, but was good coverage either way
