this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; So. What's on the menu this week? Not a meal, but I'll be making cranberry jalapeno jam this weekend. Spread on a cracker with cream cheese... it's pretty right on....

Ha Ha ! No, actually I’m not a guy who enjoys heavy heat in his food. I know jalapeños are not even a very spicy pepper, but I don’t eat them much. I don’t like them on nachos. The jelly with the cream cheese is about my perfect mix. I also like a spicy/sweet mustard with a bratwurst.
We stay warm with fireplaces. But once it gets cold we aren’t really warm again until next May. |

About to fire up the Pit Boss in about 2 hours(midnight here). Gonna slap a brisket in there. 6 hours later, two chickens are gonna join it.
I made a Chicken, sausage and Shrimp Gumbo game one. I’ll try that again to help get our mojo back. |
