Does he fit the Demario Davis mold?

Let me redrop the YouTube Highlights video and let you decide...

Only health concern is that he has Type 1 Diabetes, but he's got a pretty good handle on it and will have cache of NFL resources available to him...

The one comparison that pops up in my mingd when I'm watching his highlights are Brian Urlacher. It looks like he has that same kind of range and knack for the football.

Love the versatility of Matt Henningsen - like Onyemata, can play DE as well as DT; this is a 5T, 4Ti, 3T all rolled in one; excellent immediate DL rotational depth...

Know some don't care for this part of the draft process, but when these feats of athleticism come out, it's impressive - This is WR Tanner Conner, 6' 3" of Idaho St...

He looks good. We do need to get younger at several positions. I like him. Thanks for sharing jp.

Love Kwon Alexander, but like P.J. Williams, may have played his way out of an available for a Saints salary slot; coming off injury, he was still grossly underpaid...

After Stingley, my favorite CB in this draft is McCreary who'd be a great fit for the Saints secondary...

RB2 is a bigger need than many Saints fans probably realize; Kamara is not a bell cow RB1, he needs to split those carries...

Kyle Hamilton S Notre Dame. No need for Williams and another big contract.

And a Top 10 pick; that's why we need to pay Marcus Williams...

I pay Armstead and give up a pick for this guy. Can't pay both Armstead and Williams without pushing the cap into more he!!. LT are at a premium and priority. I know you've seen this O, they need more help than the D. I'm not much about giving up picks to often but to get a Sharper type S I would.

Kind of hard to speculate now because we don’t know who our coach and coordinators are going to be. We could be looking for different skill sets than our previous regime.

That's going to be a biggest factor in everything. Maybe trades involved, different looking look on the O and the D? I"m just hoping we could drop the cap a great deal this season at least to be in decent shape to manuver. Lots of question marks. Damn Paytons hide.

A very good point. Say for example that we would switch to a 3-4, that would require quite som changes to the defensive personell. Or if we would go to a real smash mouth run offence, same thing.

Pay Mr. Glass for 3/4 of a season? No Thank You. Besides, Ramczyk is a better Tackle and has LT clauses built into his contract already. Time to move on from Mr. Glass...

Pay a Top 3 Safety, secure the best defense in the league? Definitely. Why weaken the secondary by not re-signing the lynch pin? Folks need to get past his one rookie gaffe...

Blow up an elite defense in the league to go to a 3-4?

Re: 2022 NFL Draft: Draft Prospects, Scouting

I wasn’t necessarily talking about a change in defensive scheme… More along the lines of player prototypes.

For example, in recent years we prefer big, strong, bull-rushing DE’s as opposed to lean, bendy, speed rushers. Likewise, WR’s who are taller and great run blockers as opposed to undersized speedsters.

I'd say they got it right with the bigger DEs - late in the game is when you want to be winning the line of scrimmage...

I pulled all my hair out when Ditka was coach. I'm still bald and can't go through that again.

Definitely. His name is circled in my bubble...

Sign D.J. Chark or Christian Kirk as your WRz, then you have a WR corps of:

Mike Thomas

Chark/Kirk

Deonte Harty

Marques Calloway

Alex Pierce

That's a pretty good WR room...
