There you go - Too much emphasis on SPARQ and not enough balance with GAME TAPE and PERSONAL INTERVIEWS...

What about the backer that got booted from the national championship game for Clemson is he a draft prospect. That guy was legit blitzing terror.

James Skalski.

Kinda slow & a step late in coverage. In the NFL, that is either a big gain for WR's/RB or 6.

Ok I just remember them saying it was the worst that could happen when he got thrown out. So nothing special then.

Jeffrey Okudah - CB "Thee" Ohio State

What are the chances of this guy falling to #24? Highly unlikely he does but that would be a nice tadem w/Lattimore.

Starting around 1:17 ... notice the eyes, leg drive, hips and his ability to turn his head while moving at 100% to defend the deep ball. Terrific skills on display. How about it Rez?

Absolutely none, borrowing a catastrophic injury which I'd hate to see happen to this special talent...

Jeff Okudah was one of my favs at the beginning of the Draft Assessment Season, along with Burreaux, but soon realized neither was falling out of the Top 5, maybe 10 in Okudah's case...

Re: 2020 NFL Draft: Saints Prospects

K'LAVON CHAISSON - LB LSU

Thought I'd keep it local ...

Big guy (6'3/254 lbs), "situational" pass rusher & can disrupt a lot.

The Bad: torn ACL in 2018, not technically sound with his hand placement.
Could be had in the later rounds though.

Let's hope not buddy.

The last thing you want is a promising young player end up in the NFC South and help his team defeat us.

Most mocks are showing K'Lavon Chaisson (Sh'-sɑn) going to the ATL to replace Vic Beasley who's supposed to depart this year in Free Agency...

It's all good so long as we have an elite offensive line...

Really like JT, but with If we had our CB2, WRZ, and LG done, I'd wouldn't be that disappointed if we took a JT with our first round pick; but, as a rule, I really hate taking RBs with a first round pick...

We’ll probably end up drafting a safety in the first round. That’s one position we really like to address in the draft (5 picks in the last 4 drafts). With a potential Vonn Bell departure and Marcus Williams entering the last year of his rookie deal, it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if we draft McKinney or Delpit.

That would be a huge surprise.

Vonn was arguably the most consistent player on defense not named Demario. Saints need to find a way to retain him, especially considering the safety position makes between 6 to 7.8M these days.

Look no further than the 2014 season on defense when you "try" to replace multiple players on the secondary at once. Communication on the back end will suffer. Losing a player like Vonn (above average tackler) will have the consequences of losing a player we had in Malcolm Jenkins.

As for Delpit ... good coverage skills however slightly over rated, a poor tackler and is dinged up a lot.

The only name I'd like to hear called from LSU in the 1st is J Jefferson.

Re: 2020 NFL Draft: Saints Prospects

Have to expect the unexpected. The Saints have never drafted guys we expected. I’m in favor of keeping Vonn Bell... I was thinking more of planning to replace Marcus Williams. If immediate needs are met in free agency we can look to the future in the draft.
