Lemme guess... they let you put the spices on afterwards, then they also brag about that. I went through a similar experience when I lived in Austin not too long ago.

Baby back ribs tonight. Red beans in the crockpot late tonight for tomorrow so I can concentrate on the game. Mixed mustard and turnip greens and jalapeno cornbread.

Air fried catfish and cole slaw today. Not as good as actual fried catfish, but works in a pinch.
