The only red flag is John Kuhn's age, 33 yo, but it's not like he'll see that many snaps on offense...

Question is, can Kuhn pick up the slack on special teams where Austin Johnson was experienced both as a fullback and linebacker?

I wonder if we're thinking at all about moving Tull to Sam LB. I know he's still developing but with his lack of length he's shut down as soon as a lineman gets their hands on him.

Gosh I thought he looked a step too slow last night. I'd give him a bit more time to develop though.

Side note - did you notice Nate Stupar last night? The guy plays with a chip on his shoulder. I'm no defensive coach but he set the edge pretty darn well last night. Coverage ability wasn't bad either.

Stupar is going to be good. I liked it as soon as we got him. Good possibility he becomes a steal of all FA we got. I'm high on this guy. Thanks for sharing that I only got to listen to the game thanks to that sorry a$$ NFL network I have.

Our second string linebacking corps of Stupar-Robertson-Mauti is already better, or as good as most of the linebacking corps we've had during the Payton era and most other eras excluding the Dome Patrol, naturally...

Davis Tull, who was drafted more for the 3-4 front, seems to be lost in what the Saints have put together now...

Wonder if he could switch and play the SAM backer? May be his only shot at making the Saints roster...

100% agreed. I was actually just thinking about how the Bills seem to be in pretty bad shape now at edge rusher with Shaq Lawson being out a while with a shoulder injury and his backup Enemkpali tearing his ACL. Rob Ryan has familiarity with Tull and and he would be a better fit in the Ryan brother's defense. Potential trade?

Swann is at practice today however not practicing. Good player, does a lot well but I don't think you can count on him throughout the season.

Side note:I really hope we decide to draft a kicker next season.

There were proven kickers in free agency this year that the FO didn't want to commit the money and I don't see any Morten Andersen's among the college ranks at this time...

What I don't get is the salary commitment to a punter and not a placekicker...
