He can have him now, I suppose. I've still never heard of him. What makes this guy even vaguely relevant? I take it this is someone you wanted during your draft planning.

So because I was impressed with his SPARQ (athleticism), interviews, film - he sucks?!?

Must be devastating to your world that Sean, Jeff and/or scouting agreed on a player that I'd identified...

I thought so. And, no, I figured he sucks because he has done absolutely nothing in the NFL. That's pretty much the definition of a bust.

That seems weird and for a conditional 6th?!

Maybe it was more to show TL that he is the man without any backup plan, but I would've thought it beneficial to have GM to throw in to the wolves when things weren't going TL's way.

What they got in return makes it seem like the trade was initiated by the Jags.

If the Sean and Ryan don't feel they got a NT to lynch-pin this defense, get on the waiver wire...

Golden Tate is still a free agent, though I've adjusted my wish list and would prefer to get the band back together and trade for Cooks with his current contract...

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. I think Cooks left with bad vibes between Payton and him.
